When we mix using a Paddle Mixer or Plow Mixer we minimize the time needed to effectively mix, often times batch times are cut in at least half if not more. The reason for this is the fluidized zone in which the Paddle Mixers & Plow Mixers mix the ingredients. A Fluidized Zone is a zone where the paddles or plows "fling" ingredients, breaking gravity so to speak, and causing ingredients to mix. This zone is what sets the mixers apart from a Ribbon Mixer and what make Plow Mixers & Paddle Mixers so effective and desired.
In addition, the Plow Mixers & Paddle Mixers can also be equipped with an optional chopper which allows for the resizing of ingredients as we mix. Another benefit of the mixers over a Ribbon Mixer.
