When we talk about batch control and controlling variables, the key to controlling this is preconditioning of raw ingredients.
Whether we are making mayonnaise and we need to ensure the oil is not too hot when we mix it into the eggs to avoid breaking, making cosmetics and we need to ensure the moisture content of an ingredient is correct, custom blending hemp prior to packaging, or manufacturing anything else, we need batch consistency. Often you see production teams making the same product, yet each batch will vary in regards to production time and batch consistency. This is because the variables, the raw ingredients, in one way or another, are different from batch to batch. To eliminate this issue the preconditioning of ingredients eliminates this issue.
Our PerMix mixers all come with the option for vacuum as well as ASME jackets, which allows for both heating and cooling. This will allow for premixing of ingredients as well as preconditioning of ingredients. This will allow for better batch control, better QA, and an increase in production.
