PerMix designed the PVC Vacuum Mixer to Cook / Chill, mix, shear, liquify, homogenize, & emulsify products while under vacuum, in a sealed system. By doing this we adhere to HACCP, SQF, & GMP protocols and increase our food safety. But also, the system is closed which minimizes airborne pathogens and eliminates transfer of products from one machine to another to process.
